CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE
IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYBODY
Life-Threatening?
Today, there are 38 million people worldwide diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, a condition where the heart muscles do not function properly and lead to accumulation of excessive fluid in lungs. More than 50 percent of patients die within 5 years of being diagnosed. This is a worrying global problem that is increasing in prevalence and needs to be solved.

Early detection of lung fluid is essential in predicting the onset of a cardiac arrest. Current solutions are too complicated or difficult to use as it require the assistance of medical professionals. They are also invasive, subjective and patients are exposed to radiation. Time taken for patients to know the results often take hours or even days, as such, crucial treatment is often delayed due to the long diagnosis process.
Usually, when the medical results are out, it is already too late and lives are lost.
